Terms of Service

Agreement

By using MinutoSpeak you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. They form a contract between you and MinutoSpeak.

Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13. Users aged 13–17 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

One account per person

You are responsible for your account activity. Do not share your credentials.

Sign-up

You can sign in with Google, Apple, Instagram or TikTok. You must provide accurate information.

Security

Keep your account secure. Tell us at support@minutospeak.com if you notice unauthorized use.

Closing

You can delete your account and data anytime from the app or by emailing us.

Plans

We offer weekly, monthly and yearly plans (MinutoSpeak Pro), with unlimited practice minutes and no ads.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the current price until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the period ends, from your App Store or Google Play account.

Payments

Billing is handled by Apple or Google depending on your store. Prices may vary by country and taxes.

Refunds

Refunds follow App Store or Google Play policies. Handle any request through the relevant store.

Free trial

If a plan includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first.

Reward

When someone redeems your invite code, you and that person each get 1 free month of MinutoSpeak Pro. No card needed.

One redemption every 3 months

Each account can redeem one (1) code every 3 months. If you try to redeem another within that period, we'll invite you to buy the paid version for unlimited minutes.

Relaunch

Three months after your last redemption, the promotion becomes available again and you can redeem a new code.

No cash value

Codes and rewards have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Fair use

Creating fake accounts, automating redemptions or manipulating the program is prohibited. We may void rewards and suspend accounts that abuse the promotion.

Program changes

We may modify or end the referral program at any time, honoring rewards already granted.

Personal use

MinutoSpeak is for your personal, non-commercial learning.

Prohibited

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, overload our systems, or use the app for illegal, offensive or infringing purposes.

Suspension

We may limit or suspend access if you breach these Terms.

Our content

The app, its content, brand, mascot and design are owned by MinutoSpeak and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Your license

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable license to use the app under these Terms.

Providers

We use third-party services (e.g. OpenAI to generate phrases, Apple/Google for payments, Railway for hosting, Google AdMob for ads). Their use is governed by their own terms.

Open-source software

The app includes third-party open-source libraries. The full list with their copyright notices and license texts is at minutospeak.com/licenses (and in the app's profile).

“As is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinutoSpeak is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

By you

You may stop using the service and delete your account anytime.

By us

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the law.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to the consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
